Refund policy

Returns and Refunds:

All Products ordered from the Website and successfully delivered to the User by NatureAlly may be returned to NatureAlly in accordance with the terms contained in the respective policy.

We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at NatureAlly - you can return all items within 7 days of receiving the product. However, please ensure that the product is unused and the tags, boxes and other packaging is intact. If you have paid by card then we will reverse the payment back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction. In case of Cash on Delivery as mode of payment, we will make a bank transfer to your account within 10 days after receiving your bank details and the returned product.

Please note that you may be charged for the delivery fee and the pickup fee as applicable.

However, Products will not be accepted by NatureAlly if-

  • The Product(s) have been noticeably damaged and/or tampered by the User 
  • If there is a change in the quality, quantity or other characteristics of the Product
  • If as per the Seller the product returned is not the Product that was delivered 
  • Any other circumstances that the Website and/or the Seller may notify or deem appropriate from time to time.
  • If you are returning products for any reason apart from a manufacturing defect of the product.
  • The shipping address you entered while placing an order is incorrect.
  • You have consumed part of the product and then decided to return it.

PLEASE NOTE : Products should be received in original packaging and sealed condition. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, flavor like/dislike, flavor difference from one brand to other etc. products would not be applicable for return. Please consult with the doctor before buying the product.

 

All our shipments are carefully inspected prior to dispatch. However, if due to an error on our part you receive the wrong product(s) or the incorrect number of products, kindly notify us within 24 hours of the same.

ACCEPTABLE REASONS FOR RETURNS/REFUNDS:

  • If you have received your product(s) but find it to be damaged, leaking or tampered with.

In this case, you will need to notify us within 48 hours of receiving your product. When you notify us, please ensure to send us images of the damage as proof of the same. We will investigate the same on our end.

  • If, based on our examination, the product is beyond use and in damaged condition, then we will request you to discard the product. In this case, we will extend you a replacement for the same if one is available in stock. If the same product is not available with us, we will refund the amount within 7 working days of receiving your bank information. 
  • If, based on our examination, the product has a minor damage, we will ask you to return the product to us. Once we have received the product, we will dispatch a fresh product as a replacement for the same if one is available in stock. If the same product is not available with us, we will refund the amount within 7 working days of receiving the returned product.  
  • Other acceptable reasons for refunds include lack of serviceable shipping address and double payment for a single order

Cancellation

An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.
